At HappyShop, all products are deliverd from our warehouse in China, and we maintain year-round shipping services except during specific Chinese holidays, such as the Spring Festival. The exact suspension of shipping will be announced on our website.

These providers include, but are not limited to, FedEx, UPS, China Post, USPS, CDLL, Royal Mail, and Canada Post, etc. The chosen courier may vary based on the destination and the specifics of the items being shipped.

Customs clearance & Fees
International express shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary due to regional circumstances, weather conditions, and customs clearance procedures.
Customs clearance procedures may impact shipping timelines. Please note that H2 HappyShop has no control over the customs process; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays related to customs issues.
All product prices listed on our website are calculated on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning they do not include taxes and customs duties. If your country's customs levy any import taxes, you will need to pay these additional fees to receive your package. Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided with their order is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees, any refund processed will deduct the shipping costs from the order amount as per our refund policy.
